​Counseling and Psychological Assessment Rates 
The fee to you depends on whether and which insurance you have, and any co-pays or deductibles associated. Pay Same Day Discounted Cash Rate is also available. Please contact our office at 715-246-4840 for specifics.

Cash, check, Visa, Discover and Master Card are accepted for payment.
Co-pays and cash fees are due at time of service.

​Cancellation Policy 
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, a $120 fee will be charged to you.  This fee is not covered by insurance.
