​Counseling Rates 
The fee to you depends on whether and which insurance you have, and any co-pays or deductibles associated. Pay Same Day Discounted Cash Rate is also available. Please contact our office at 715-246-4840 for specifics.

Payment 
AutoPay
To make managing your account balance easier, Family Therapy Associates utilizes convenient monthly statements through the Client Portal and AutoPay for outstanding balances. Below is an overview of when statements are available and when payments are processed.

• Statements are available on the 10th of each month through the Client Portal.
• Any balance remaining after the 15th of the month will be automatically charged to the card on file.
• Need to update your payment method? A Client Care Coordinator can assist you in person or by phone.

Need Help Accessing Your Client Portal?
If you did not receive a Client Portal invitation or need a new invitation, please call 715-246-4840 and speak with a Client Care Coordinator.

Need Financial Support or a Payment Plan?
We understand that healthcare expenses can sometimes be difficult to manage. Financing may be available through CareCredit, including possible 0% financing options for those who qualify.

Online Client Portal Payments
To make an online payment with your credit card, please login to your Client Portal account. 

• Navigate to Payments.
• Check your most recent Monthly Statement for balance owed. 
• Select "Make Payment." 
• Enter the amount you wish to pay. 
• Select "Continue."
• This brings you to another window where you will enter your credit card information or select a previously saved card.
• Please verify amount before submitting.

​Cancellation Policy 
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, a $150 fee will be charged to you.  This fee is not covered by insurance.
