I have experience working with individuals throughout the life span with a wide variety of struggles and life changes. I am passionate about providing a safe and healing space for individuals to work through challenges related to past trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, family changes, low self-esteem, and behavioral issues.

I am trained in both Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Additionally, I enjoy providing school based and Telehealth psychotherapy services as well as providing clinical supervision. ​

I am a Certified Anger Management Specialist and I have experience working with children and adolescents who have experienced past trauma/abuse, anxiety and depression.  I have also worked with children on the autism spectrum in addition to those who have struggled with attachments.  My work with parents of these children has focused on combining the needs of the child with those of the family unit, through ongoing  education and support.

I am also certified in the treatment of Anger Management and I am passionate about seeing individuals find freedom from the effects of anger.

I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and couples who are living with the effects of trauma, relational issues, low self-esteem, shame, anxiety, depression and adjustment to big life changes. I am focused on creating a therapeutic relationship in which you feel comfortable to explore your experience and context to bring about healing in your life.

I have training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and premarital counseling.  I also enjoy working with people on social skills, intimacy, identity, and faith.

I enjoy supporting individuals in learning the tools they need to navigate relationships, heal from trauma, and find their true and genuine selves. I lean on creative expression and authenticity to foster unique therapy experiences for all. As we work toward personal change, I maintain awareness of systemic barriers individuals may face in society and utilize validation, collaboration, and advocacy skills to support them through these obstacles.

I work with individuals of all ages and stages of life, though I support children and teens primarily in a school-based setting. While I have a special interest in men's mental health and supporting individuals with a history of incarceration or legal issues, I look forward to working with adults of all demographics. ​​

I am skilled in working with a variety of clients impacted by depression, anxiety, ADHD, and both acute and transgenerational or legacy trauma. I have a special interest in working with women and couples with the goal of strengthen connections with self and others. As a marriage and family therapist, I am trained to align equally with all parties within a family or couple system, and I utilize evidence-based approaches that have proven effective in helping individuals, couples and families heal and move forward (i.e. DBT, RO DBT, and TF-CBT).
