Our Mission
Our mission is to work within our communities to decrease mental health stigma, increase awareness of services, enhance interagency relationships and provide education in order to support, connect, and inform the communities we serve. Additionally, we want to establish FTA as a supportive place of learning and growth by offering the community education support and continuing education opportunities. |
Community Outreach Team
FTA has created a team of dedicated mental health therapists to oversee our community outreach efforts and services. The community outreach team aims to establish relationships with community partners, including, mental health providers, county programs, universities, schools, local businesses, and more. |

Sophia Cree, MS, LPC Communications Specialist Areas of Focus: Adolescents, Adults, and Aging Individuals I am passionate about and have experience working with teens, adults, and aging individuals with various mental health diagnoses, disabilities, and general life concerns. I find joy in being a part of someone’s journey and pride myself on developing strong relationships and creating a safe, welcoming, and therapeutic space for all individuals. I use a person-centered, collaborative and integrative approach to therapy and strive to individualize my approach based on each client’s unique needs and goals. As a therapist, I hope to support and guide my clients to create happiness, wellness, connectedness, and compassion in their daily lives and act as a catalyst for positive change. Additional interests include: helping individuals affected by trauma, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and other unexpected life difficulties. I love to incorporate mindfulness & relaxation techniques, emotional regulation, boundary work, personal empowerment, and helping individuals find meaning and purpose. Sophia Cree, MS, LPC

Carly Tebo, MSW, LCSW Outreach Specialist Areas of Focus: Children, Teens, & Adults I aim to develop safe connections with individuals that encourage open exploration of challenges and patterns across the lifespan. I enjoy supporting individuals in learning the tools they need to navigate relationships, heal from trauma, and find their true and genuine selves. I lean on creative expression and authenticity to foster unique therapy experiences for all. As we work toward personal change, I maintain awareness of systemic barriers individuals may face in society and utilize validation, collaboration, and advocacy skills to support them through these obstacles. I work with individuals of all ages and stages of life, though I support children and teens primarily in a school-based setting. While I have a special interest in men's mental health and supporting individuals with a history of incarceration or legal issues, I look forward to working with adults of all demographics. Jessica Stiteley, MS, LMFT Clinic Director Clinical Supervisor Areas of Focus: Children, Adolescents, & Families I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults within the scope of individual, relational, and family therapy. I have experience working with children and adolescents dealing with mental health challenges, such as: behavioral issues, difficulty managing emotions, self-injurious behavior, post traumatic stress and low self-esteem. I also support individuals learning to manage symptoms related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and problematic life experiences. I strive to provide a warm and safe environment to help individuals work through difficult challenges to create hope and positive changes in their lives. Other specialties include: couples therapy; families coping with separation, divorce, and co-parenting issues; play therapy; and school-based therapy.
