About Our Services |
Q: What types of counseling services do you offer?
We offer individual therapy, couples counseling, marriage and relationship therapy, family therapy, play therapy for children, group counseling, online therapy, and more. We support clients facing mental health challenges including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, grief, life transitions, and more. Q: What therapy approaches do your clinicians use?
Our licensed therapists use a variety of evidence-based methods tailored to each client’s needs. Some of these methods include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics (NMT). Q: Do you offer therapy for children and teens?
We provide therapy for children and teens using age-appropriate techniques that include play therapy, group therapy, and talk therapy. We help children and adolescents work through emotional regulation, anxiety, school issues, family dynamics, the pressures of school, low self-esteem, and so much more. Our services can help toddlers to high school aged youth address their own individual concerns while offering therapeutic support to both the child and the caregiver. Q: Can I switch therapists if I don’t feel like it’s a good fit?
We believe the client-therapist relationship is key to effective therapy. If you're not connecting with your therapist, let us know, and we’ll work with you to find someone who better fits your needs. |
Getting Started |
Q: How do I schedule my first appointment?
You can request an appointment directly on our website or call our office at (715) 246-4840 (option 1). An Intake Coordinators will work with you to gather more information to help match you with the right therapist for your needs and will guide you through the next steps. Q: What happens in the first session?
Your first session is about getting to know you. We’ll spend that first session discussing your goals, history, reason for seeking services, and what you hope to accomplish with therapy. From there, we’ll work together to create a plan tailored to your needs. Q: Do you offer consultations before committing to therapy?
Our Intake Coordinators are able to help answer questions about services and options available before your first scheduled appointment. |
