I’m passionate about working individually with children, adolescents, and adults going through major life events or transitions. I encourage parents to be involved in their children’s treatment when possible and part of their positive change. By learning new coping strategies and seeking new perspectives through their experiences, I know people are capable of living healthier, happier, and more meaningful lives.
I strive to provide a safe, accepting, and warm environment to allow for self discovery, increased self awareness, and healing from the past. My areas of interest include treating ADHD, anxiety, depression,
conduct/disruptive behaviors, trauma, grief and loss,
low self esteem, and interpersonal distress.

I have experience working with youth, adults, elderly, and families who are experiencing struggles in their everyday life. I am passionate about meeting the needs and wants of clients with a person-centered approach in order to reach their goals and ultimately improve their quality of life. By sharing thoughts, feelings, and meaningful life goals, I strive to empower individuals by assisting in nurturing their strengths, and creating positive relaxation and coping skills to better their life.
Some interests include; meaning making with every day activities (sports, relaxation, mindfulness), acceptance and commitment, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief and loss. I am also trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
Kiersten Buck, MS, LPC, SAC

I am an empathetic and compassionate therapist who takes a person-centered and trauma- informed approach. This approach allows me to meet each and every client where they are at by providing a warm, safe, and supportive environment to explore thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I strive to empower my clients by aiding them in identifying and building off of current strengths while learning and implementing new healthy coping skills.
I have interest and experience working with adolescents (ages 12 and up) and adults who have been impacted by trauma, behavior challenges, anxiety, depression, addiction, PTSD, and life transitions. I am also a trauma certified therapist.
Kristen Cowell, MS, LPC

I have experience working with adults, children, and adolescents who are coping with the effects of trauma, anxiety, and depression. I believe in the power of family systems and, in many cases, family member involvement is encouraged. I am a compassionate therapist who utilizes cognitive behavior therapy and narrative therapy to help individuals overcome challenges and create the life they hope to live.
I have experience working with grief/loss, trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and mindfulness. I teach the power of self regulation through incorporating present experience and past success.
Alexandra (Alex) Dorn, MS, LPC-IT

I am experienced in treating a variety of mental-health-related concerns amongst adults of various ages and offer therapy to couples. I strive to always provide a non-judgmental, accepting and honest environment that allows you the ability to embrace vulnerabilities in an effort to generate change. I specialize in working with individuals struggling with disordered eating, substance use, and trauma-related experiences that may be negatively impacting your current well-being.
I use an integrative therapeutic approach individualized to your aspirations and goals, often incorporating various techniques to be most impactful on personal growth. I find therapy most effective when you can develop a better understanding of yourself including why you think, feel, and behave the way you do based on your unique life story. With this newfound insight, you will be able to navigate future obstacles successfully to live a complete and fulfilling life.

Elaina Schuh, MS, MFT

I have experience working with all aspects of the family dynamic and the struggles they may encounter in everyday life. I also have experience working with children who experience anxiety and children who are on the autism spectrum. I like to take a person-centered approach and I am passionate about helping clients reach their goals in a safe and supportive environment.
Other areas of interest include experience with mindfulness and meditation, anxiety, depression, infertility, autism spectrum disorder and attachment styles. I hope to help individuals connect with themselves as well as with others around them, creating new and positive relationships.

Grace Grambort, MS, LPC-IT

I have experience working with teens (16 and up) and adults struggling with mental health concerns and those looking to improve their quality of life through individual therapy. I have additional training in treating addictions and eating disorders. I utilize cognitive-behavioral therapy and strive to be trauma-informed in every aspect of therapy to provide compassionate, empathetic, and evidenced-based support. I also value strongly the role of identity when understanding and treating mental health. I work to help my clients use insight and self-empowerment to better understand themselves and improve their lives.
I enjoy working with clients to manage and treat a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma-related distress, eating disorders, addictions, identity development, interpersonal concerns, life transitions, grief, and loss.

My goal as a therapist is to empower clients to live authentically. I strive to create a space where individuals can express themselves freely, find validation, and build strength and hope while healing from life’s challenges.
I have experience and training working with adolescents (12 and up) and adults facing a wide range of mental health concerns, including body image/eating disorders, trauma, addiction, interpersonal relationships, and mood and anxiety disorders. My theoretical approach is grounded in Psychodynamic Therapy, Existential Therapy, and Feminist Therapy, and is foundationally Person-Centered.
